What’s up with the new php/mysql database? Well… once again… problems:-)

Seems to be the story of my life. The coder got the new site database created on schedule, which in itself is a miraculous feat. But when we went to start to plug in all the products, we encountered problems. Or rather, I encountered problems.

There were some features that he had left out of the administration tool that really had to be added for the product pages to be as complete as they needed to be. And… of course, this has necessitated a complete redesign of the administration tool, and all the products already added will have to be re-added.

So… that is the reason for the delay and the reason you are not seeing the NEW interface this month as I had hoped. But it is coming real soon. And when it does, you will see A LOT of new products added in ALL the categories in the regular WOW vaults.

These are new products that I have wanted to add to the database for a while but have held off because adding them to the site as it is would mean putting them at the very end of each category rather that at the beginning. So… you are in for a very special treat — a reward for your patience — when the new interface becomes live in a few weeks time:-)

What’s the Deal with WOW Niche Empire Builder??

I know, I know. It seems like the holy grail. Something that is endlessly elusive… but it is coming. The coder has himself set a deadline of February 1st. Now I am not holding my breath, but I will tell you that for the first time I am receiving daily updates — and in each one he has added an additional element to the software.

From where I sit I can say that it appears to be 2/3 of the way complete. And it is January 14th. What I can tell you is that the coder is TOTALLY COMMITTED to getting this software done as soon as possible… but not to cutting any corners. We really want to make NEB exceptional and if it means going a few days beyond the deadline, I am willing to do so. But… not too many days.

What about the pdfs? I know I promised to write them and post them every other day, but then the coder got very sick and all work on NEB halted for a month. I could not progress with the pdfs because, although I had the content written for the next two, I really want them to tell the story of NEB. I want to include diagrams and explain exactly how you will use it to fulfill each step of building your niche empire.

Trying to write without the software as a guide, I would just be making it up as I went along, and I do not want to do this. So… now I have the software. And I am going to go back now to writing the pdfs, beginning with a revamp of the keywords one, because we have actually expanded the capacity of the software when dealing with keywords. It actually now handles “Latent Semantic” or real life keyword searching. And it also includes pre-compiled keyword lists that you can use if you don’t feel like doing any searching yourself!

I will then continue on putting out pdfs as the tool continues to progress, so you will get full screen shots and explanations of how to use it – along with the reasons why – as we go along:-) This way, by the time NEB launches, you should all be experts at knowing exactly how to use it to develop your own successful, profit generating Niche Empires. (Although we will also have the requisite Camtasia tutorials for video buffs.)

How to Make 2007 Your Best Year Ever!

 OK, so now it is 2007. A brand New Year. Time for resolutions. And I bet a lot of you are thinking that you want to make a fresh start or at least that you want to make this one your BEST YEAR EVER!
 
 Well… I’ve got GREAT NEWS FOR YOU! It is going to happen. Yup. No question about it.
 
 You see, I have spent a lot of time figuring out this whole make a living online thing… seven years to be exact. I have developed over 60 websites, all with a view to helping others succeed online. Some have been more successful than others, but with all of them I have learned a thing or two.
 
 And with all of them I have gained new insight into what it takes to be successful online and, far more importantly, what others like myself are looking for in their ATTEMPTS to be successful online. What obstacles are standing in their way and what they need most to help them build a successful business.
 
 This is how I came up with my WOW Concept of sites. Everybody likes to get more than they expect, especially when it is something they really need. So, I figured, what do entrepreneurs struggling to build their own business online really NEED nowadays. And that is how I came up with the WOW Content Club. Because first and foremost, you need quality products to sell. Then, I expanded it to include private label reports and articles, so members would have content to give away to attract subscribers and to fill up their own websites.
 
 But, of course, this did not or does not solve everyone’s problems, because some folks aren’t able to build their own websites, so they have no place to put the content or products. Now… I could have just created some ordinary site builder software and this would have done the trick, but then I couldn’t have called it WOW, because it would not have fit the WOW criteria for over-delivery and surpassing folk’s greatest expectations.
 
 So… I thought to myself… what do my members and my subscribers REALLY NEED. What could I create that would answer all their prayers. Well, first of all I knew that whatever I created would have to be dead easy to use. Secondly, it would have to offer every feature that all the other niche software and template solutions currently on the market offered, plus a WHOLE LOT more. This was for starters. And I took it from there.
 
 The work on NEB has been slow going… it has been slow going because this type of software has NEVER been attempted before. BUT the good news is that the software is FINALLY taking shape and it is going to have EVERYTHING I had hoped for and A LOT more. It is exceeding my expectations, as we add things to it that I have not even touched upon in the site letter or pdfs, like additional automatic CPA content, automatic Actual Life based keywords (in addition to the Search based) and automatic import of content from BOTH www.WOWContentClub.com and www.WOWAudioBookstore.com.  
 
 For those of you who don’t know… in my ongoing plans to make WOW Enterprises the largest content provider online I, of course, purchased a membership in The Spoken Network, otherwise known as “Build An Empire.” My intent here was not just to have my own audio bookstore. It was, rather, to take advantage of the Spoken Network’s Sell Direct or built in affiliate feature, whereby affiliates would get their own mini-version of my audio-bookstore sites and earn 15 – 20% commissions (the amount I would stipulate) on selling the extensive lineup of premier audio ebooks.
 
 This feature will be built into to our NEB software, like all the other affiliate programs (Clickbank, Amazon, Ebay etc.) So… once again, YOU would not have to do anything. All you have to do once you are signed up is click a few buttons and the audio ebook products and sites will be programmed on autopilot. At least this is the plan that I am going to have my coders implement, and I have every expectation that they will accomplish it 

 So… getting back to my original point… Why are you going to succeed in 2007? Why are you going to finally make good on all of your resolutions? Well, because the Ultimate Success Tool will be at your disposal – at last:-) With NEB and WOWContentClub, the only other thing you will need to succeed will be a computer. That’s it. Oh, and of course, you will have to DO something. You will have to USE the software!
